1. Your first appointment
At your first appointment, we will discuss your circumstances and what you want to achieve. This will take no longer than an hour.

Get your Mortgage in Principle
We can give you a Mortgage in Principle at this appointment, if you need one. If you need a Mortgage in Principle, we will need to carry out a credit check to do so but don’t worry, its only a soft footprint on your credit score . It wont affect your credit rating and won’t be visible by anyone other than yourself.

Ready when you are
When you are ready to proceed, we will arrange a follow up appointment to confirm the final details and complete the mortgage application. We will let you know what paperwork we’ll need based on your circumstances. It is at this point that we will take our applicable fee.

He helped us across a full range of issues and processes from the initial decision in principle, a short term mortgage product with no fees when our house sale delays meant we went onto the SVR as our old mortgage came to an end, and finally a great product on our new home. He has always been there at the end of the phone throughout this process which hasn’t been without its hiccups and stress (it’s taken over a year to move)! He has been wonderful. Thank you Vish!
