Was recommended by Robinson Jackson.
Eva was excellent when I corresponded with her frequently via email and the occasional zoom call, she was polite, reassuring, knowledgeable and adept at explaining complex issues for me.
Was excellent at responding to emails of many questions and as a first time buyer I needed someone who was patient and was happy to explain something that may be complete common sense to one person but a mystery to another (myself).
Arranged the best possible mortgage rate at the time, but when the recent interest rate decreased, she promptly got in touch, and in within a few days was able to produce a new mortgage agreement.
Paid approximately 540 pounds to have the mortgage agreement arranged.
