How do I claim my £100 worth of vouchers?

If you've been recommended by a friend who is an existing Embrace Financial Service mortgage customer, if you then take out a mortgage with us, you'll both receive £100 worth of vouchers, with a choice between Amazon.co.uk?, Love2shop or Marks & Spencers.

1. Enter your details into the online form. 

2. We'll get in touch with you to arrange a mortgage appointment

3. If you then go on to arrange your mortgage through Embrace Financial Services we'll send you both vouchers in the post, usually within 60 days, to the addresses we hold for you.

Embrace Financial Services will only accept referrals made through this online form. 

YOUR PROPERTY MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE.
Your initial mortgage appointment is without obligation. We normally charge a fee for our services; however, it is payable only on the submission of your mortgage application. The fee will depend on your circumstances but our standard fee is £549. Complex cases usually attract a higher fee. We will discuss and agree the fee with you prior to submitting any mortgage application.

Recommend a friend to Embrace Financial Services and if they take out a mortgage policy directly from us, you and your friend will receive a £100 voucher (Amazon.co.uk, Love2shop or Marks & Spencers). 

  • The £100 Amazon.co.uk, Love2shop and Marks & Spencers vouchers are given per introduction of a first-time new Embrace Financial Services customer. If two mortgages are taken out then only one set of vouchers will be given.
  • Vouchers only payable if an EFS Mortgage Application Fee has been paid.
  • The person being recommended must be a UK resident, and not an employee of the promoter.
  • The £100 Amazon.co.uk, Love2shop or Marks & Spencers voucher for both you and the referred person(s) will usually be supplied within 60 days of the new customers mortgage completing.
  • Embrace Financial Services will only accept recommendations made through this online form. 
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless we tell you otherwise or can this offer be applied retrospectively.
  • The maximum number of recommendations that can be made by an existing customer is 10.
  • This scheme doesn't apply to Mortgage Gym Customers. 
  • Embrace Financial Services reserves the right to alter, cancel or withdraw the promotion without prior notice.
