Welcoming and organised, highly professional, with a clear knowledge of her industry, wanting the best possible deal for individual need. She remembered my circumstances, the initial home l purchased and talked me through all options which was much appreciated. The application was managed with ease and promptly. A big thank you Sarah for such a welcoming, friendly and trustworthy service.

I always recommend Embrace, after stumbling across them in our first house hunt 5 years ago Martin made the process completely stress free after multiple banks and financial advisors had told us we wouldn’t be able to get the mortgage we needed due to my husband being on an apprenticeship. We’ve contacted them multiple times over the years to discuss various things such as our Aviva policies and their advice is second to none.
Now, we have just completed a second mortgage application with James Hindley for our next property and the process could not have been easier. You never have to chase, they are always one step ahead, completing things before you’d even remembered.
I will always use Embrace as they have my complete confidence to get the job done.
