We started our process with David, that Graham Sowerby took over midway and the hand over was utterly seamless.
As a first time buyer, I was absolutely petrified of all the what ifs, understanding the process etc but Embrace and Graham have made me feel like it's all sorted. I've been totally free to work on other aspects of the purchase without feeling overwhelmed - it's been a delight to be thinking more about what kitchen cupboards I want rather than hours researching what 'fixed rate' means!
